Low stress training (LST) is a simple training technique that can stimulate more, and larger stalk and branch growth, allowing for more budding sides, and allowing support for larger, heavier buds. Outdoors, this is done to some degree by nature, in the wind, or heavy rain. This can be compared to weight lifting for humans. Indoors (or done to outdoor plants to increase yeild even more) this is done by adding fans, which should already be present in a grow room to provide airflow. This is also done by physically bending the stalk and branches, being careful not to snap any.
