  • Report (from old GMM site):

The 2006 Darwin Global Marijuana March was organized by the Network Against Prohibition NT.

A small but vocal group chanted "End police corruption - legalize pot!" as they marched through Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia on Sat, 6 May 2006.

Outside Darwin Police Station the march stopped while a statement calling for the legalization of marijuana was made.

The march then continued to the Esplanade where a sausage sizzle was enjoyed by all.
